I enjoy preparing this classic Italian American dish. Fresh cod, shrimp and scallops in a white wine tomato based broth seasoned with fresh oregano, fresh thyme, basil, garlic, onion and celery. As a nice finish, I add finely diced butternut squash to the dish–it adds a nice sweet finish to the stew. Serve the stew over pasta or with your favorite crusty bread.
